🔹 GENERAL MANAGER / PLANT HEAD

📍 Work Location: Dammam, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
🏭 Industry: Oil & Gas – Upstream Manufacturing & Remanufacturing
📌 Role Type: Full P&L Responsibility

🔹 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

✅ Lead the greenfield Advanced Precision Machining & Remanufacturing Facility
✅ Take full P&L responsibility for JV operations
✅ Lead plant commissioning, operational readiness, ramp-up and scale-up
✅ Oversee advanced CNC machining and remanufacturing operations
✅ Drive API Q1, API Monogram and ISO certification requirements
✅ Manage customer and EPC qualification, audits and technical discussions
✅ Build and lead high-performance management teams
✅ Drive Saudi localization and IKTVA objectives

🔹 REQUIREMENTS

✅ Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering
✅ Master’s Degree preferred
✅ 18+ years of experience in precision machining and special processes
✅ Minimum 10+ years of direct experience in Oil & Gas Upstream manufacturing or remanufacturing
✅ Minimum 7+ years in a senior leadership role with P&L responsibility
✅ Hands-on experience in API-certified facilities
✅ Proven greenfield plant setup or large-scale expansion experience
✅ GCC upstream experience preferred
