General Manager – Freight Forwarding (Saudi Arabia)
Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
We are a fast-growing freight forwarding company, operating successfully for one year, and we are looking for an ambitious and results-driven General Manager to lead our next stage of growth.
This is not a traditional management position. We are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who can build, develop, and expand the business—not someone who is simply looking for a monthly salary.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the company’s daily operations.
* Develop and execute business growth strategies.
* Build and manage a high-performing team.
* Generate new business and strengthen relationships with customers and partners.
* Oversee sales, operations, customer service, and financial performance.
* Establish efficient systems, processes, and KPIs.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years of proven experience managing a Freight Forwarding company in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
* Strong knowledge of Saudi customs, logistics, transportation, and freight forwarding operations.
* Demonstrated track record in business development and revenue growth.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of building a business from the ground up.
Compensation:
We offer a competitive base salary plus an attractive profit-sharing / commission structure. We are seeking a true business partner who is motivated by growth and success—not just a paycheck.
