Description
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the work of foremen, skilled workers, and helpers.
Plan and assign daily tasks based on project requirements.
Monitor work progress and ensure activities are completed according to schedules.
Ensure proper use of manpower, materials, tools, and equipment.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, supervisors, and other departments.
Monitor the quality of work and ensure compliance with project specifications.
Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations at the worksite.
Conduct daily toolbox talks and ensure workers use appropriate PPE.
Identify site issues and report them to the concerned management.
Maintain daily records of manpower, work progress, and material requirements.
Ensure good housekeeping and proper organization of the worksite.
Requirements
Proven experience as a General Foreman, preferably in construction, industrial, or maintenance projects.
Strong leadership and team-management skills.
Good knowledge of site operations, safety procedures, and quality standards.
Ability to read and understand basic drawings and work instructions.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple teams and meet project deadlines.
