Freelance Project Support Consultant (Project Manager Level Experience)

A growing Contracting Company based in Eastern Province is looking for a Freelance Project Support Consultant with PM level experience to support on a freelance / consultancy basis.

Scope:

- Review enquiries, BOQ, drawings & specs (Civil, MEP, ELV, Telecom)
- Client meetings & site visits across Eastern Province to ascertain scope & risks
- Finalize BOQ, estimates & subcontractors
- Monitor multiple projects and ensure timely completion

Requirements:

12+ yrs KSA experience at Project Manager level in multi-discipline projects, based in Eastern Province, legally authorized for freelance consultancy in KSA (Freelance License / Ajeer).

Type: Freelance Consultancy (Part-Time, NOT full-time job)

Fee: Fixed monthly retainer for initial support with a clear growth path - fee will be reviewed and increased based on increase in volume of work and responsibilities.

Location: Eastern Province
