Key responsibilities



Receipt and offloading the RM and packaging from supplier

Follow the RM receipt policicy and procedure

Coordinate with QC lab for samples and technical reports

Rm safe handling, stacking and waste handling

Assists the Production line operations through the operation of Forklift  for shifting portable tanks, raw materials and finished goods.

Safe driving & daily checklist Maintenance of the Forklift

Strict compliance of HSE guidelines

Shall perform 6S activities of the factory and maintain the good results 

Shall perform other related jobs/ tasks as required. 

Shall be responsible for the sustainability Targets in Factory. 



Key tasks

Assists in loading and unloading of Finished Goods and Raw Materials in truck and containers.

Transfers the filled products from Factory to Logistics Warehouse.

Follow the safe forklift speed as per the Standard guidelines

Ensuring all housekeeping is in accordance with Hempel best practice.

Charging and changing of batteries in accordance with set schedules and procedures. Clean equipment and notify Supervisor of defects.

Carry out safety checks of Forklift in accordance with set procedures and report any mechanical/technical problem to first line Supervisor.

Operate the Forklift safely and in accordance with set rules and guidelines.

Raw material receipt, storage and handling

Quality test coordination with QC lab for the critical RM

Ensure proper labelling of the raw materials

Follow FIFO

Ensure the work place safety card availability/use

Waste Handling

To ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

To ensure that a safe and healthy work environment exists by adhering to company health, safety and environment policies.

Shall perform other related jobs/ tasks as required.
