Description
We are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Food Quality Control Inspector to join our food production team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Inspect raw materials, production processes, and finished products.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
• Monitor hygiene and sanitation practices in the production area.
• Identify and report quality issues and non-conformities.
• Maintain inspection records and quality-control documentation.
• Support HACCP procedures, internal audits, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with production teams to prevent quality issues.
Requirements:
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, or a related field.
• Previous quality control experience in food manufacturing or the FMCG sector.
• Good knowledge of HACCP, GMP, food hygiene, and safety standards.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Valid Iqama is required.
• Candidates must be available to join immediately or within a short notice period.
Employment Package:
• Salary: SAR 3,000 per month
• Accommodation: Provided by the company
