Fit - Out Engineer - 15+ Years Experience in Hotels & Resorts
is looking for a senior Fit-Out Engineer to lead interior fit-out works on hospitality projects, from shop drawings and material approvals through site execution, subcontractor coordination and final handover.
Requirements:-
B.Sc. in Civil or Architectural Engineering.
Minimum 10 years in interior fit-out, with proven work on hotels and resorts (guest rooms, lobbies, F&B outlets, spa and public areas).
Valid Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) membership.
Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage. Transferable Iqama and valid driving license.
Key Skills:-
Gypsum ceilings, partitions, joinery, wall cladding, stone and flooring finishes, FF&E installation.
Reviewing shop drawings and submittals, MEP coordination and quantity take-off against the BOQ.
Working with operator brand standards and luxury-grade quality control.
AutoCAD and Primavera P6 or MS Project.
