Fire Reated Door Design And Production Engineer

WE ARE HIRING – FIRE RATED DOOR DESIGN & PRODUCTION ENGINEER

We are looking for an experienced Fire Rated Door Design & Production Engineer to join our team in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop fire-rated steel doors and door assemblies.
- Prepare detailed fabrication drawings and production drawings.
- Select suitable materials, hardware, insulation, and fire-rated components.
- Develop and improve manufacturing methods and production processes.
- Coordinate between design, production, and quality control teams.
- Prepare BOMs, cutting lists, and technical specifications.
- Ensure products comply with applicable fire-rated standards and testing requirements.
- Coordinate with testing laboratories for fire resistance testing and certification.
- Troubleshoot production and installation issues.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in fire-rated doors / steel doors manufacturing is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of steel fabrication and manufacturing processes.
- Experience with AutoCAD and preferably SolidWorks or similar design software.
- Knowledge of fire door standards and testing requirements is an advantage.
- Ability to prepare technical drawings, BOMs, and production documentation.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
