Description
I. Job Responsibilities
1. Equipment Installation, Commissioning & Maintenance
* Responsible for the on-site installation, wiring, commissioning, and system integration of pedestrian turnstiles, parking barriers, access control gates, access control and attendance terminals, and other related equipment.
* Conduct regular equipment inspections, cleaning, dust removal, mechanical lubrication, and other preventive maintenance activities, and maintain proper maintenance records.
2. Troubleshooting & Component-Level Repair
* Respond promptly to customer service requests and perform equipment troubleshooting either at the service center or at the customer’s site.
* Diagnose equipment faults and independently identify, replace, and repair defective PCBs, motors, sensors, power supply modules, control boards, card readers, cameras, and other components.
* Troubleshoot common issues such as abnormal barrier operation, access control gates failing to open or close, identification/recognition failures, network communication interruptions, equipment freezing/crashing, and other related faults.
3. Customer Technical Support & Feedback
* Communicate directly with customers, provide basic technical support, and guide customers in daily equipment operation.
* Provide timely feedback on on-site equipment issues and customer requirements, and support the company in repairs, spare parts replacement, and small-scale system modifications/upgrades.

II. Job Requirements
1. Education & Major
* Technical secondary school / high school diploma or above.
* Majors in Electrical Automation, Electromechanical Integration, Electronic Engineering/Technology, Security Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields are preferred.
2. Work Experience
* At least 2 year of experience in security equipment, ELV systems, or related electrical/mechanical equipment maintenance and repair.
* Candidates with hands-on experience in independently repairing parking barriers, access control systems, and pedestrian turnstiles will be preferred.
3. Professional Skills – Core Requirements
* Good understanding of basic low-voltage/high-voltage electrical and ELV principles, with the ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve control circuit and motor-related faults.
* Proficient in using common testing and repair tools such as multimeters, soldering irons, and hot-air rework stations. An oscilloscope is not required.
* Capable of PCB-level troubleshooting, fault analysis, component soldering, desoldering, and replacement.
* Basic understanding of the operating principles of access control controllers, barrier control boards, license plate recognition cameras, facial recognition terminals, and other related security devices.
* Basic networking knowledge, with the ability to troubleshoot common network communication issues such as IP configuration, network cable continuity, and connectivity problems.
4. General Qualifications
* Hardworking, responsible, detail-oriented, and customer-service oriented, with good communication skills.
* Able to adapt to occasional on-site/customer-site service and repair work.
* A valid driving license and good driving skills are preferred.

III. Preferred Qualifications / Additional Advantages
* Experience repairing access control and barrier equipment from major brands such as Hikvision, Dahua, Uniview (UNV), or other mainstream security equipment manufacturers.
* Relevant certifications such as Electrical Technician/Electrician License (Low Voltage/High Voltage), ELV Engineer certification, Welding Certificate, or other related qualifications are preferred.
* Ability to read and understand electrical circuit diagrams and perform basic electrical circuit analysis.
