Female Parttime Accountant

Logistic company requirement female part-time accountant handles day-to-day financial transactions, general ledger maintenance, and periodic reporting for organizations that do not require full-time financial staff. This role balances accuracy in record-keeping with efficiency in meeting financial deadlines like month-end closes and VAT report. Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), post journal entries, and update the general ledger.Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, and vendor invoices regularly.Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports during month-end or quarterly closings.Compliance & Audits: Support internal and external audits, and help prepare basic tax documents or regulatory filings.Budgeting Support: Review expense reports and compare actual spending against projected budget.
