Responsibilities
Customer follow-up and relationship management
Preparing and following up on quotations
Shipment/job status updates
Coordination with the Operations team
POD and invoice follow-up
Handling emails and phone calls
Basic Excel reporting and documentation
Requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong follow-up and coordination skills
Logistics experience will be preferred
Basic knowledge of MS Excel
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
