Requirements:
โ Minimum 2โ3 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
โ Experience in the Oil & Gas or Construction industry will be an added advantage.
โ Strong expertise in candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
โ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
โ Experience using job portals, LinkedIn, and social media platforms for recruitment.
โ Indian nationals are preferred.
โ Preference will be given to candidates who are currently available in Jubail.
