Description
Plan Forge is seeking an experienced, results-driven Equipment Rental & Business Development to lead and expand our heavy equipment rental division. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in managing heavy machinery fleets (Backhoe Loaders, Excavators, etc.) and a proven track record of securing rental contracts with major main contractors and industrial clients across KSA.
Key Responsibilities
Fleet & Rental Operations: Oversee day-to-day operations for heavy equipment rentals, including deployment, maintenance scheduling, and operator coordination for machinery such as Backhoe Loaders, Excavators, and related equipment.
Business Development & B2B Sales: Proactively target, pitch, and secure short- and long-term rental agreements with major EPC contractors, construction firms, and industrial clients.
Client & Relationship Management: Leverage existing network connections within the industry to build and maintain strong, ongoing client relationships.
Contract & Rate Negotiations: Prepare competitive rental quotations, manage lease agreements, and optimize fleet utilization rates to meet revenue targets.
Market Intelligence: Monitor local market demands, competitor rental rates, and upcoming major infrastructure and industrial projects.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 3–5+ years of direct experience in heavy equipment rental sales and operations in Saudi Arabia.
Industry Network: Strong, established connections with major main contractors, project managers, and procurement heads in the Eastern Province / KSA.
Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of heavy machinery specs, capacity, maintenance needs, and job-site requirements (specifically Excavators, Backhoe Loaders, and Earthmoving Equipment).
Skills: Excellent negotiation, business communication, and contract management abilities.
Location & Status: Based in Saudi Arabia with a valid Transferable Iqama and a Saudi Driver’s License.
