Position Overview
SRACO is hiring an Instrumentation and Control Design Engineer for an ARAMCO project. The position is based in Dammam or Al Khobar. The candidate should choose one preferred location.
Key Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Electronic and Communication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an engineering or design office as an Instrumentation and Control Design Engineer.
• Good knowledge of electrical, instrumentation, and control design calculations and related engineering software.
• Good knowledge of international engineering and construction codes and standards.
• Working knowledge of the International Fire Code (IFC), National Electrical Code (NEC), and National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) requirements.
• A national professional license or equivalent qualification will be beneficial.
Main Skills
The role focuses on Electrical, Instrumentation and Control design. The engineer should also be comfortable with design calculation software and engineering standards used for industrial projects.
Candidate Profile
The preferred candidate is a Saudi national with a bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience. The position is mainly focused on design and engineering office work. Experience with ARAMCO-related engineering standards, instrumentation, control systems, electrical design, and calculation software would be useful.
