We Are MEP Contractor and we are Hiring for our new 5 start hotel project in Al Khobar
Role Description
(The Electrical Forman-full-time, on-site role based in Al Khobar)
• Responsible for supervising electrical crews and coordinating daily activities on construction and maintenance projects
• Planning and assigning tasks, overseeing installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems
• ensuring work complies with safety standards and applicable codes.
• Monitor job progress, inspect completed work
• manage materials and equipment use,
• Report on project status to site management
• Resolving issues on-site, and providing hands-on support when necessary to meet project deadlines.
Qualifications
• Candidates should have 5-7 years of experience in the construction and contracting field, with strong organizational skills and experience in handling.
• Candidates should possess strong supervisory skills, including team leadership, task planning, and on-site coordination.
• Candidates should possess effective communication skills for interacting with crew members, contractors, and project managers.
• Candidates should possess experience with heavy equipment relevant to electrical and construction work, including safe operation and basic troubleshooting.
• Candidates should possess basic carpentry and general construction skills to collaborate effectively with other trades on-site.
• Candidates should possess maintenance skills for electrical systems, fixtures, and related infrastructure.
• Relevant technical qualifications or certifications in electrical work (e.g., electrician license, vocational diploma) are preferred.
• Knowledge of electrical codes, safety regulations, and best practices in industrial and commercial environments is beneficial.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and electrical schematics is advantageous.
• Prior experience in a foreman or senior electrician role on construction or industrial projects is highly desirable.
