E-commerce Operation And IT Application Support

I am writing to express my interest in the IT Application Support / E-Commerce Operations position within
your organization. With over 15 years of experience in IT support, retail technology and enterprise e-
commerce operations, including more than 5 years of specialized experience in application support, I have
developed strong expertise in supporting business-critical applications, troubleshooting technical issues and
ensuring seamless e-commerce operations across GCC platforms.
In my role with Mantle Solutions, I led Level 1 application support for enterprise e-commerce platforms,
supporting SAP Hybris, Akinon and SAP ERP environments. I monitored production systems, coordinated
with development teams, banking partners and third-party vendors to resolve payment gateway and
application issues, managed order processing, supported release activities, conducted website testing and
drove process improvements to ensure high system availability and operational efficiency. Previously, at Lulu
Group International and Lulu Hypermarket in the UAE, I gained extensive experience in e-commerce support,
Microsoft Azure-based inventory systems, SAP ERP support and retail IT operations.
