# DRIVER JOB OFFER
We are looking for a **Driver** under the following salary package and incentive scheme.
## Mandatory Requirement
**The driver MUST hold a valid Saudi Light Transport Driving License (رخصة نقل خفيف).**
**This is a mandatory requirement with NO EXCEPTIONS and NO ALTERNATIVE. Applications without a valid Light Transport Driving License will not be considered.**
## Salary & Benefits
- **Basic Salary: SAR 2,300 per month**, provided that the driver completes the minimum target of **450 delivery orders per month**.
- **If the driver completes fewer than 450 orders, SAR 6.5 will be deducted for each order below the 450-order target.**
- **Mobile Allowance: SAR 115 per month.**
- **Performance Incentive: SAR 250 per month.**
- **Accommodation:** Provided by the company.
- **Transportation:** Provided by the company.
### Additional Delivery Incentive
- **Orders 451–550:** SAR 7 for each additional completed order.
- **Orders above 550:** SAR 9 for each additional completed order.
### Example
If the driver completes **500 orders** in a month:
- Basic Salary: SAR 2,300
- Mobile Allowance: SAR 115
- Performance Incentive: SAR 250
- Additional 50 orders × SAR 7 = **SAR 350**
- **Total = SAR 3,015**
If the driver completes **430 orders**:
- 20 orders below the target × SAR 6.5 = **SAR 130 deduction**
- Basic Salary after deduction = **SAR 2,170**
## Terms & Conditions
- The minimum monthly target is **450 completed delivery orders**.
- Any penalties or deductions imposed by the client/company related to **food quality, delivery quality, service issues, or similar matters attributable to the driver** will be charged to the driver.
- Any **traffic fines, vehicle damage, or other damages caused by the driver** will be charged to the driver.
## Required Documents
Interested candidates must send:
- A copy of their **valid Iqama**.
- A copy of their **valid Saudi Light Transport Driving License (رخصة نقل خفيف)**.
**Please note: A valid Light Transport Driving License is mandatory and cannot be replaced by any other type of driving license.**
