We are looking for an experienced Dosa & Idli Maker for a restaurant in Dammam.

Requirements:
Experience in preparing authentic South Indian breakfast items

Skilled in dosa varieties, idli, vada, and chutneys
Knowledge of batter preparation and fermentation
Specialist in all types of dosas like masala, upma, paneer, egg and cheese
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen
Maintain quality, taste, and hygiene

Location: Dammam, Saudi Arabia
Duty: 12 hours
