أبرز مهام ومسؤوليات قائد فريق التوصيل:
الإشراف وقيادة الفريق: إدارة وتوجيه فريق العمل، وتوزيع المهام اليومية، وتدريب الموظفين الجدد.
تخطيط وتحسين المسارات: تخطيط مسارات التوصيل لتحقيق أقصى فاعلية في الوقت والتكلفة.
مراقبة عمليات التسليم: متابعة حركات الشحن والتأكد من التزام السائقين بمواعيد التسليم ودقتها.
إدارة الأداء والجودة: تقييم أداء فريق التوصيل وتقديم التغذية الراجعة لضمان جودة الخدمات ورضا العملاء.
التنسيق والاتصال: العمل كحلقة وصل بين فرق المستودعات، الإرسال، والإدارة العليا، وحل المشكلات غير المتوقعة في الطرق.
التحفيز ورفع الروح المعنوية: تقديم الدعم والتحفيز الإيجابي للموظفين لضمان تحقيق الأهداف.
الالتزام بمعايير السلامة: التأكد من اتباع السائقين لقواعد الأمن والسلامة أثناء النقل.
المهارات المطلوبة للقائد:
خبرة في مجال الخدمات اللوجستية، مهارات قيادية وتنظيمية قوية، القدرة على التواصل الفعال، وتحمل ضغط العمل يتكلم العربية والانجليزية تحدثا وكتابة , اقامة سارية اكثر من 3 شهور .
Key Tasks and Responsibilities of a Delivery Team Leader:
Team Supervision and Leadership: Managing and guiding the team, assigning daily tasks, and training new employees.
Route Planning and Optimization: Planning delivery routes to maximize time and cost efficiency.
Delivery Monitoring: Tracking shipment movements and ensuring drivers adhere to delivery schedules and accuracy.
Performance and Quality Management: Evaluating the delivery team's performance and providing feedback to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
Coordination and Communication: Acting as a liaison between warehouse, dispatch, and senior management teams, and resolving unforeseen issues along the way.
Motivation and Morale Boosting: Providing support and positive motivation to employees to ensure goal achievement.
Safety Compliance: Ensuring drivers follow safety regulations during transport.
Required Skills for the Leader:
Experience in logistics, strong leadership and organizational skills, effective communication skills, ability to work under pressure, fluency in spoken and written Arabic and English, and a valid residency permit for more than 3 months.
