# Data Analyst – Job Opening
**Position:** Data Analyst
**Job Type:** Full-Time
**Experience Level:** Junior to Mid-Level
## About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented **Data Analyst** to join our team. The successful candidate will collect, organize, clean, and analyze data to help the company make informed business decisions.
## Key Responsibilities
* Collect and organize data from different sources.
* Clean and validate datasets to ensure accuracy and consistency.
* Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.
* Prepare reports, charts, and dashboards for management.
* Use statistical methods to support business analysis.
* Work with different teams to understand their data requirements.
* Maintain databases and ensure data quality.
* Present analytical findings in a clear and understandable way.
* Identify opportunities for improving business performance through data.
## Required Skills
* Strong knowledge of **Microsoft Excel**.
* Good understanding of **SQL** and database queries.
* Basic to intermediate knowledge of **Python or R**.
* Experience with **Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools** is preferred.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Good understanding of basic statistics.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Ability to communicate technical information clearly.
## Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in **Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Information Systems**, or a related field.
* Previous experience in data analysis or business intelligence is preferred.
* Fresh graduates with strong technical and analytical skills may also be considered.
