🏢 Data Entry and Inventory Supervisor

We are looking for a meticulous and organized individual with the ability to accurately record and enter data until completion.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Contribute to the accurate and organized posting and updating of inventory data.

* Process item movements: receiving, transferring, forwarding, and counting.

* Verify original data against the quantities in the warehouse.

* Prepare spreadsheets and tables using Excel.

* Maintain item balances and alert us to any defects or discrepancies.

* Maintain and store warehouse-related documents and data.

* Research inventory processes and specializations.

Requirements:

✅ Two years of experience in data or inventory management.

✅ Fluency in spoken and written Arabic and English.

✅ Full proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

✅ Speed, data accuracy, and keyboard literacy.

✅ Ability to prepare and organize data, tables, and reports.

✅ Accuracy and attention to detail in daily business applications. ✅ Being located in Riyadh is essential.
