Job Summary :
We are hiring an experienced Data Analyst to own end-to-end analytics: from data extraction and modeling to dashboards and executive-level insights. You will work with business and leadership teams to turn data into decisions.
Key Responsibilities :
Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI or Tableau
Define, track, and improve business KPIs and performance metrics
Write and optimize advanced SQL queries for extraction, transformation, and reporting
Build and maintain ETL pipelines and data models (star schema, fact and dimension tables)
Automate reporting and data workflows using Python and Power Automate

Perform statistical analysis, forecasting, and A/B testing to support decisions
Ensure data quality through validation, cleansing, and reconciliation across sources
Present insights and recommendations to management and non-technical stakeholders
Document data sources, definitions, and processes; enforce data governance standards
Mentor junior analysts and review their work
Required Skills and Qualifications
5-7 years of hands-on experience as a Data Analyst, BI Analyst, or similar role
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
Technical skills
SQL (advanced): joins, window functions, CTEs, stored procedures, query optimization
Power BI and/or Tableau: DAX, Power Query, row-level security, scheduled refresh and gateways
Python: Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib/Seaborn, scripting for automation
Excel (advanced): Power Pivot, complex formulas, macros
Data modeling and warehousing: dimensional modeling, ETL/ELT concepts
