We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Jeddah, to cater to our Arabic-speaking players. Silkroad Origin Mobile Arabia has officially arrived in the MENA region, aiming to revive the legend of the Silk Road on mobile devices. Our ideal candidate is passionate about electronic games and eager to provide top-notch support to our players.
Key responsibilities include:
- Responding to player inquiries and resolving issues via Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, and our ticket system
- Preparing weekly reports on ticket status, technical support quality, and common player issues
- Analyzing community feedback and suggesting improvements
We require a highly motivated individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to work independently. Experience in customer service or player support is an advantage, particularly with MMORPG games like Silkroad Online or Silkroad Origin Mobile.
