OPEN POSITION
Senior Civil Project Engineer
✅ KEY REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
Strong experience in building construction, with the ability to independently manage and coordinate construction activities from structural works through finishing works.
Solid hands-on experience in both structural and finishing works.
Strong experience in High-Rise Buildings, 5-Star Hotels, Luxury Hospitality, and Mixed-Use Developments is highly preferred.
Proven ability to track and follow up on Drawing Approvals and Material Approvals, ensuring all required approvals are obtained before work commencement.
Monitor the availability and approval status of drawings, materials, and technical submittals.
Conduct and coordinate internal inspections and ensure construction works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.
Track and monitor construction progress, identify delays, and coordinate with relevant teams to maintain the planned schedule.
Strong coordination between Civil/Structural and MEP disciplines, particularly regarding interfaces, work sequences, openings, sleeves, embedded items, ceiling works, and other major coordination points.
Ability to identify potential clashes and interface issues in advance and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution.
Maintain effective coordination with consultants, subcontractors, MEP teams, QA/QC, planning, and other project departments.
Strong site management, coordination, problem-solving, documentation, and follow-up skills.
Ability to independently manage a building or major building area.
