I am seeking a suitable full-time Cost Estimator position in Saudi Arabia.

I have 12+ years of GCC experience in Quantity Surveying, Estimation, Cost Control, Billing, and Commercial Management across civil, structural, architectural, finishing, fit-out, residential, and infrastructure projects.

Key Skills & Responsibilities:
• Quantity Take-Off (QTO) and BOQ preparation and verification.
• Cost estimation, budgeting, and cost control.
• Interim Payment Applications (IPA/IPC) and progress billing.
• Subcontractor and supplier invoice verification.
• Variation Orders (VO), claims, and final accounts.
• Site measurements and verification of executed quantities.
• Preparation and review of measurement sheets and supporting documents.
• Rate analysis, quotation comparison, and procurement support.
• Drawing and specification review, including AutoCAD and Excel-based quantity calculations.
• Coordination with site teams, consultants, and clients for quantity verification and approvals.
