Construction Planner Required On Transferable Iqama Jubail KSA

**Required: Experienced Construction Planner – Jubail**

Precision Projects Co. (PPCO) is looking for an experienced **Construction Planner** for its projects in Saudi Arabia.

**Mandatory Requirements:**

* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
* Strong working knowledge of **Primavera P6**
* Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
* Must be able to review approved method statements and convert them into detailed execution plans and schedules
* Ability to develop WBS, activities, durations, logical relationships, milestones and construction sequences
* Good understanding of construction sequences for mechanical, civil and electrical works
* Experience in project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring and schedule updates
* Ability to prepare baseline schedules, look-ahead plans and daily work plans
* Ability to monitor manpower, materials, equipment and construction productivity
* Strong reporting, presentation and follow-up skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
* Ability to prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports
* Good communication and coordination skills
* Ability to attend daily client and project meetings
* Willingness to work at project sites and coordinate directly with field teams
* This is a **field-based role**, not an office-only position
* Willingness to relocate anywhere within Saudi Arabia according to project requirements
* **Transferable Iqama is mandatory**
