📢 URGENT REQUIREMENT – CONSTRUCTION MEP MANAGER
📍 Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
👷 Experience: 15+ Years
🎓 Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage MEP construction activities from execution through completion and handover.
• Coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Fire Fighting, and ELV works.
• Manage MEP contractors, subcontractors, site engineers, and technical teams.
• Monitor project progress, quality, installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Coordinate closely with Civil, QA/QC, Construction, and client/consultant teams.
• Ensure MEP works comply with approved drawings, specifications, codes, and project requirements.
• Monitor and resolve technical issues, site coordination issues, and interface conflicts.
• Support snagging, de-snagging, testing & commissioning, and final handover activities.
• Ensure all MEP as-built drawings, O&M manuals, testing records, and handover documentation are completed.
🔹 Requirements
✅ 15+ years of relevant MEP construction / project management experience
✅ Strong experience in large residential / building projects
✅ Proven experience managing MEP contractors and multidisciplinary teams
✅ Strong knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Electrical and ELV systems
✅ Experience in testing, commissioning, snagging and handover
✅ Strong client/consultant coordination and leadership skills
✅ GCC experience preferred
✅ Own Visa / Azad Visa preferred
✅ Candidates must be able to transfer their Iqama by themselves
✅ Immediate joiners required
✅ Must be ready to relocate to Jeddah
