Job Opportunity: Commercial Manager
We are currently seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to join an infrastructure project in Khobar, Saudi Arabia.
Position Requirements:
Experience: 15+ years of relevant experience in commercial management, preferably within construction and infrastructure projects.
Project Experience: Proven hands-on experience in large-scale infrastructure projects, including wet and dry utilities, roads, and associated civil works.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong expertise in contract administration, commercial management, and cost control.
Proven experience in managing variations, claims, contractual disputes, and payment applications.
Solid knowledge of FIDIC contracts, subcontract management, procurement, and commercial negotiations.
Experience in budget monitoring, financial forecasting, risk assessment, and project cost reporting.
Ability to review contractual obligations, identify commercial risks, and protect the project’s financial interests.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and relevant commercial and project management tools.
Experience working on Mega/Giga Projects is highly preferred.
Eligibility Criteria:
Must have a transferable Iqama (local transfer only).
Maximum notice period: 30 days.
