Description
Position: Commercial Manager (EPC / Construction)
Location: Riyadh, KSA
Reports to: General Manager
Responsibilities:
●Lead tender preparation: cost estimation, pricing strategy, bid qualification and post-bid clarification;
●Administer construction contracts (FIDIC and/or local forms): variations, claims, EOT and payment recovery;
●Manage subcontract and procurement contracts: negotiation, back-to-back terms, exposure control;
●Prepare and defend interim payment applications and final accounts;
●Conduct commercial risk reviews of projects: liquidated damages, bonds, insurance and warranty terms;
●Build and maintain client, consultant and supplier commercial relationships;
●Manage a small commercial team and mentor junior staff.
Requirements:
●Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Quantity Surveying or Business (full-time);
●Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in EPC/construction companies;
●Proven FIDIC contract administration and claims experience (submittals, negotiations, settlement);
●Strong command of tender pricing and cost control for building/camp projects;
●Fluent English (contract negotiation level); Arabic is a strong advantage;
●Nationality: open.
