β STADIUM / SPORTS COMPLEX / MEGA CONSTRUCTION PROJECT EXPERIENCE IS HIGHLY PREFERRED!

πΉ Position: Commercial Contract Manager

π Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
β³ Duration: Long Term
ποΈ Industry: MEP / Construction / Infrastructure
β EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
β Strong experience in Construction Projects
β Proven experience in Commercial & Contract Management
β Stadium / Sports Complex / Mega Project experience highly preferred
β Experience handling subcontracts, main contracts, claims and variations
β Strong knowledge of contract administration and commercial procedures
β Experience with project cost control, payment certification and commercial negotiations
β Ability to manage contractual obligations, risks and project documentation
β Saudi / GCC construction project experience is an advantage
π QUALIFICATION
π Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in:
β’ Quantity Surveying
β’ Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
β’ Construction Management
β’ Commercial Management
β’ Contract Management
β’ Or relevant discipline
π Relevant professional certifications and strong project experience will be an advantage.
