Project Location: Fadhili
Duration: Long Time

Pre-Application Phase
• Document Review: Review project specifications, Product Data Sheets (PDS), Safety Data Sheets (SDS), and Inspection Test Plans (ITP).
• Material Inspection: Check raw materials, batch numbers, manufacturer certificates, expiry dates, and proper storage conditions to prevent contamination.
• Environmental Monitoring: Measure and record ambient temperature, steel temperature, relative humidity, and dew point prior to operations.
• Surface Preparation Check: Inspect cleaning processes (abrasive blasting or power tool cleaning) to verify surface cleanliness standards and anchor profiles using replica tape or profile gauges.
During Application Phase
• Mixing and Induction: Monitor paint mixing ratios, induction times, and pot-life limits of multi-component coatings.
• Wet Film Thickness (WFT): Measure WFT during application to ensure the wet coating is on target.
• Coat Monitoring: Oversee primer, intermediate (mid), and final/topcoat layers for uniform application, runs, sags, pinholes, or contamination.
• Equipment Calibration: Verify calibration status of all testing and measuring
