CNC Router Operator & Programmer Needed (Full-Time / Part-Time)
We are looking for a skilled CNC Router Operator and Programmer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in CNC routing, machine operation, and programming for precision cutting projects.
Responsibilities:
Program CNC router machines using CAD/CAM software.
Set up, operate, and monitor CNC router equipment.
Read and interpret technical drawings and design files.
Optimize cutting paths for efficiency and material savings.
Perform quality inspections on finished products.
Troubleshoot machine and programming issues.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a CNC Router Operator and Programmer.
Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (VCarve, Aspire, ArtCAM, AlphaCAM, Fusion 360, AutoCAD, or similar).
Knowledge of G-code and CNC machine setup.
Ability to work with wood, MDF, acrylic, PVC, aluminum, and composite materials.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with nesting software.
Knowledge of tooling, feeds, and speeds.
Experience in furniture, signage, cabinetry, or custom fabrication.
