Position: Cleaning Crew Supervisor
Location: Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia
About the Role:
We're looking for an experienced Cleaning Crew Supervisor to lead our cleaning team and ensure top-quality service delivery for our residential and commercial clients.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning operations across multiple job sites
Train new team members on cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and use of chemicals/materials
Ensure proper selection and safe handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment for different surfaces
Oversee specialized furniture and upholstery cleaning to ensure quality standards
Conduct quality checks and inspections after each job
Manage staff schedules, attendance, and daily task assignments
Handle client concerns on-site and escalate when necessary
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
Enforce safety and hygiene standards across the team
Requirements:
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in cleaning services, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
Strong knowledge of cleaning chemicals, materials, and their correct application
Proven experience in furniture and upholstery cleaning
Leadership skills with experience training and managing a team
Good communication skills (Arabic required, English is a plus)
Valid Iqama with transferable sponsorship (if applicable)
Physically fit and able to work on-site across multiple locations
