# WE ARE HIRING – CIVIL SITE ENGINEER
**ALFA GULF TECHNOLOGIES AND CONSTRUCTION COMPANY** is looking for an experienced and technically skilled **Civil Site Engineer** to join our team in Saudi Arabia.
### Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and execute **Civil Construction, Interior Fit-Out, Infrastructure, and Steel Structure Works**.
- Manage daily site operations, manpower, subcontractors, materials, and project activities.
- Ensure project execution complies with **approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements**.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project management teams.
- Monitor project schedules, progress, productivity, and material utilization.
- Review **shop drawings, BOQs, quantity take-offs, and site measurements**.
- Prepare daily progress reports, material requests, and work inspection requests (WIR).
- Ensure timely project completion while maintaining quality and cost control.
### Requirements:
- **Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in Saudi Arabia**.
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
- Strong practical knowledge of **Civil, Interior Fit-Out, Infrastructure, and Steel Structure Works**.
- Ability to independently manage construction sites and coordinate multiple activities.
- Good understanding of **AutoCAD, MS Excel, BOQs, and construction drawings**.
- Knowledge of Saudi construction standards and site safety procedures.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- **Valid Saudi Iqama and Driving License are mandatory**.
- **Immediate joining is required**.
