# WE ARE HIRING – CIVIL DRAFTSMAN & ESTIMATION ENGINEER
**ALFA GULF TECHNOLOGIES AND CONSTRUCTION COMPANY** is looking for a highly experienced **Civil Draftsman with Estimation Skills** to join our team in Saudi Arabia.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Prepare detailed **2D/3D drawings, shop drawings, as-built drawings, and technical layouts**.
- Handle drafting for **Civil Construction, Interior Fit-Out, Infrastructure, and Steel Structure Works**.
- Prepare accurate **BOQs, quantity take-offs, cost estimations, and material calculations**.
- Review project drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
- Assist in preparing **technical and commercial quotations**.
- Coordinate with project engineers, site teams, and clients for drawing approvals and revisions.
**Requirements:**
- Minimum **3–5 years of relevant experience in Saudi Arabia**.
- Strong proficiency in **AutoCAD, MS Excel**, and relevant estimation software.
- Knowledge of **Saudi construction standards, materials, and market rates**.
- Ability to independently handle drafting, quantity surveying, and estimation tasks.
- **Valid Saudi Iqama and Driving License are mandatory**.
- **Immediate joining is required**.
