📍 Location: Medina, Saudi Arabia
🏗️ Project: Superblock Five – High-Rise Towers & 5-Star Hospitality
🏢 Main Contractor: China Railway 18th Bureau Group (CR18G)
🔹 1. Lifting Specialist – 1 Position
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, supervise, and ensure safe execution of all lifting and rigging activities.
Review lifting plans, risk assessments, method statements, and lifting equipment requirements.
Ensure compliance with approved lifting procedures, Saudi Aramco / international standards, and project HSE requirements.
Inspect and verify cranes, lifting accessories, rigging equipment, and certificates.
Coordinate with crane operators, riggers, site teams, and subcontractors.
Identify lifting hazards and implement appropriate control measures.
Monitor critical and complex lifting operations on site.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Safety, or related field.
8–12+ years of lifting/rigging experience on major construction projects.
Strong experience with high-rise construction and heavy/critical lifting operations.
Relevant lifting/rigging certification is preferred.
Saudi/GCC experience preferred.
🔹 2. Rescue Specialist – 1 Position
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement emergency rescue and response procedures.
Lead rescue operations for working at height, confined spaces, towers, and other high-risk activities.

Conduct rescue planning, risk assessments, and emergency drills.
Inspect and maintain rescue equipment and ensure certification/inspection records are valid.
Coordinate with HSE, medical, firefighting, and site emergency response teams.

Ensure compliance with project HSE requirements and applicable international standards.
Requirements:
Relevant degree/diploma or recognized professional rescue qualification.
8–12+ years of relevant rescue/emergency response experience.
Strong experience in high-rise construction, work-at-height, and confined-space rescue.
Valid rescue, rope access, confined-space, or equivalent certifications preferred.
Saudi/GCC experience preferred.
Immediate availability is an advantage.
