Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Engineer to oversee all aspects of facilities maintenance, engineering operations, and asset management at our property in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in preventative maintenance, team leadership, budget management, and ensuring strict compliance with local safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintenance Operations: Lead daily engineering and maintenance operations including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and fire & life safety systems.
• Preventative Maintenance: Design, implement, and oversee comprehensive Preventative Maintenance Plans (PMP) to maximize equipment efficiency.
• Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and evaluate a diverse team of technicians and sub-contractors.
• Compliance & Safety: Maintain absolute compliance with Saudi Arabian building codes and Civil Defense regulations.
Required Qualifications & Experience
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Facilities Management.
• Experience: Minimum of 8–10 years in facilities engineering, with at least 3–5 years in a senior leadership capacity.
• Local Transferability: Candidates currently based in KSA with a Transferable Iqama are highly preferred.
