Chemical Formulation & Production Manager
Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
Employment Type: Full-Time
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Chemical Formulation & Production Manager to lead the formulation, production, quality control, and development of our industrial and commercial laundry chemical products.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the complete technical and production process, from formulation and testing through to final product approval and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop, test, and optimize chemical formulations for laundry and textile applications.
* Manage and supervise day-to-day chemical production.
* Establish production formulas, batch procedures, SOPs, and quality standards.
* Conduct laboratory testing and quality control of raw materials and finished products.
* Conduct product trials and ensure effective performance in commercial laundry operations.
* Troubleshoot formulation, production, and laundry performance issues.
* Manage raw-material requirements and support production cost optimization.
* Maintain technical documentation, SDS/MSDS, product specifications, and batch records.
* Ensure proper chemical handling, storage, and safety procedures.
* Supervise and train production personnel.
* Take overall technical responsibility for product development and chemical production.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, or a related field.
* Minimum 5 years of relevant experience preferred.

* Proven experience in chemical formulation and manufacturing.
* Experience with commercial laundry, detergent, or textile chemicals is highly preferred.
* Strong knowledge of formulation, quality control, and industrial chemical production.
* Ability to independently develop, test, improve, and scale chemical formulations.
* Strong problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.
Candidates with direct experience in commercial/hotel laundry chemical formulation and production will be given priority.
