Role Overview

We are urgently hiring experienced Carpenters and Steel Fixers for ongoing site/project works. Candidates must be skilled tradesmen with hands-on experience in formwork, shuttering, and steel reinforcement work, ready to join immediately.

Key Responsibilities

Carpenters:

Read and interpret construction drawings for formwork/shuttering requirements.
Fabricate, erect, and dismantle timber/plywood/steel formwork for columns, beams, slabs, and foundations.
Ensure proper alignment, leveling, and bracing of formwork.
Repair and maintain formwork materials for reuse.

Steel Fixers:

Read structural drawings and bar bending schedules (BBS).
Cut, bend, and fix reinforcement bars as per approved drawings.
Install spacers, chairs, and binding wires to maintain correct rebar positioning and cover.
Coordinate with carpenters and site engineers to ensure work sequence and quality.

General (Both Trades):

Follow site HSE rules and wear proper PPE at all times.
Maintain tools and equipment in good condition.
Report any discrepancies or safety hazards to supervisors.
Mandatory Requirements for documents
Iqama valid and Chamber.
Experience: Minimum relevant experience as Carpenter / Steel Fixer in construction/industrial projects.
Availability: Immediate mobilization required.
Salary & Benefits
Rate: SAR 13.5/hour
Food Allowance: SAR 300/month
