Position for a Home Care Nurse is available for Jeddah
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Patient Monitoring: Regularly assess patients' physical and emotional conditions, including taking blood pressure, heart rate, and temperature.
Medical Care: Administer medications, change dressings, care for wounds, and manage IV lines or specialized equipment.
Care Plan Management: Implement, follow, and update care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
Education: Teach patients and family caregivers about proper health care, medication management, and safety measures.
Documentation: Maintain accurate, detailed records of patient conditions, treatment plans, and progress reports.
Safety and Comfort: Ensure a safe, clean environment and provide palliative care to ensure patient comfort
