Description
I am available for part-time, freelance, and remote work in AutoCAD drafting, Quantity Take-Off (QTO), Billing, and Quantity Surveying services.
1. AutoCAD Drafting Services
• Prepare and revise 2D AutoCAD drawings for civil, structural, and architectural works.
• Prepare as-built drawings based on actual site conditions.
• Prepare floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
• Incorporate site engineer comments and coordinate with other disciplines.
• Ensure drawing accuracy and timely submission.
2. Quantity Surveying Services
• BBS & Cutting Lists: Bar Bending Schedules and reinforcement cutting lists.
• Quantity Take-Off (QTO): Civil, structural, architectural, finishing, fit-out, landscape, hardscape, interior design, flooring, RCP, and façade works.
• Measurement & Quantity Sheets: Detailed measurement sheets, quantity breakdowns, and supporting documents.
• Site Progress Valuation: Verify executed quantities and assess work progress at the site.
• Progress Drawings: Prepare highlighted drawings showing completed and executed work.
• Billing & Invoices: Prepare and review RA bills, IPA/IPC, progress bills, and subcontractor invoices.
• Price Verification: Review and verify supplier, vendor, and subcontractor quotations and prices.
• As-Built Documentation: Prepare detailed CAD drawings reflecting actual site execution.
