Job Requirement:
Position: Business Development Manager
Location: Jubail, Saudi Arabia
Nationality Requirement: (Saudi Nationals Only)
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, strengthening client relationships, managing prequalification processes, and driving business growth across government and private sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve company growth objectives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and strategic partners
• Manage company registrations and vendor onboarding through SAP Ariba and Etimad platforms
• Prepare, submit, and maintain client prequalification documents and vendor registrations
• Monitor upcoming tenders and business opportunities in government and private sectors
• Coordinate with internal departments to support proposal and bid preparation
• Develop and implement business development strategies to expand the company's market presence
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in Business Development, preferably within the Oil & Gas sector
• Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba and Etimad platforms
• Proven experience in managing prequalification submissions and vendor registration processes
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/business development tools
• Fluent in English and Arabic
