Business Development Manager – Solutions & Projects

We are looking for a driven and experienced Business Development Manager to join our growing team in Riyadh.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive new business opportunities and achieve revenue targets
• Develop integrated solutions opportunities (CCTV, Access Control, AV, Structured Cabling, etc.)
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
• Build strong client relationships and strategic partnerships
• Coordinate with technical teams to deliver competitive solutions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
• 5–10 years of relevant experience
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets
• Experience in security systems / low current solutions is preferred
