We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in Manpower / Recruitment to drive business growth and client acquisition in Saudi Arabia.
Location: Saudi Arabia
Experience: 7+ Years
Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Must be currently based in Saudi Arabia
Languages: Fluent in English & Arabic
🔹 Key Requirements:
• 7+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales / Managerial roles
• Proven experience in Manpower / Recruitment industry
• Strong Saudi market knowledge & established corporate network
• Proven track record in client acquisition & key account management
• Strong negotiation, presentation & communication skills
• Experience developing business growth strategies and achieving revenue targets
• Strong leadership and sales management capabilities
