Khalid Attallah Alosaimi Est. is looking for a motivated and technically strong Business Development Civil Engineer with excellent communication skills, strong industry connections, and proven experience in business development within the construction sector.
The ideal candidate should have established relationships with construction companies, main contractors, consultants, and developers, with the ability to identify new business opportunities and secure projects across Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and secure projects for the company.
- Maintain strong professional relationships with construction companies, main contractors, consultants, and developers.
- Conduct regular business visits to construction companies and project sites across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Follow up on new projects, tenders, RFQs, and subcontracting opportunities.
- Prepare quotations, project cost estimates, and commercial proposals.
- Present the company's services and capabilities to potential clients.
- Negotiate with clients and follow up on opportunities to convert leads into confirmed projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Strong technical knowledge of civil engineering and construction works.
- Proven experience in business development or sales within the construction industry.
- Strong PR skills and an established network of contacts within construction companies in Saudi Arabia.
- Ability to prepare quotations, cost estimations, and project pricing.
- Excellent written and spoken Arabic and English.
- Willingness to travel and conduct business visits across Saudi Arabia.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and client relationship management skills.
Preferred Nationalities
Egyptian, Yemeni, Pakistani, and Indian candidates are preferred.
