BIM Modular

We are looking for a **BIM Modular Mechanical Engineer** with **3–5 years of relevant experience** to join our team on a temporary project-based assignment for **3 to 6 months**.

# Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and manage **BIM models for mechanical systems** using Revit and other relevant BIM software.
* Prepare and update detailed **MEP/BIM models, shop drawings, and coordination drawings.
* Coordinate mechanical services with architectural, structural, electrical, and other MEP disciplines.
* Review design drawings and identify clashes and coordination issues.
* Participate in BIM coordination and clash detection meetings.
* Prepare and maintain accurate BIM models as per project requirements.
* Ensure models and drawings comply with project specifications, standards, and approved designs.
* Coordinate with engineers, designers, subcontractors, and site teams.
* Assist with preparing as-built BIM models and documentation when required.

# Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in **Mechanical Engineering** or related field.
* 3–5 years of experience** in BIM/MEP Mechanical works.
* Strong working knowledge of **Autodesk Revit MEP**.
* Experience with **Navisworks** and BIM coordination is preferred.
* Good knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and other mechanical MEP systems.
* Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and project specifications.
* Experience working on MEP/modular construction projects will be an advantage.
* Good communication and coordination skills.
* Candidates available to join immediately are preferred.

Employment Terms:

*Temporary project assignment: 3–6 months.
* Salary: **Negotiable**, based on experience and skills.
* Candidates currently available in the Saudi are preferred.
