MASAR PROJECT (10B SAR), MAKKAH (NESMA AND PARTNERS)
• Responsible for developing BIM Execution Plan and implementation of BEP among all Stakeholders for LOD200/300/400/500 stage model generation and updating.
• Responsible for training, developing, managing team of BIM Engineers, BIM Coordinator’s, BIM modelers and their recruitments as per requirements.
• Responsible for BIM consultant’s selection and their contract review.
• Responsible for introducing new stakeholders on project and explaining requirements related to stakeholder and presentations about projects on BIM model.
• Responsible for virtual representation of functional and physical characteristics of all systems of project.
• Responsible for checking Constructability of MEP system in project.
• Responsible for Hosting BIM Coordination meetings on BIM Agendas between required stakeholders involve on project.
• Responsible for Setting Standards for project schedules in in Revit.
