## EXPERIENCED ARABIC BAKER
**Location: Al Kharj, Saudi Arabia**

We are looking for a skilled and experienced **Arabic Baker / Manakish & Fatayer Maker** who can independently prepare authentic Arabic breads and baked pastries.

**Required Skills & Experience:**

- Arabic Pita Bread / Khubz (خبز عربي)
- Manakish — Zaatar, Cheese, Meat and Mixed Toppings (مناقيش)
- Fatayer — Cheese, Spinach and Meat Fillings (فطائر)
- Preparation of dough, kneading, fermentation and shaping
- Experience using commercial bakery ovens
- Ability to prepare different fillings and toppings
- Knowledge of baking temperatures, food hygiene and quality control
- Ability to work independently without extensive training

**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in Arabic bakeries, restaurants or pastry shops
- Must have hands-on experience preparing the products mentioned above
- Transferable Iqama required
- No Huroob / Absence-from-work report
- Must be willing to work in Al Kharj
- Ready to join upon completion of legal employment requirements
