Description
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Automotive Parts Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of automotive spare parts, strong sales skills, and the ability to understand customer requirements and recommend the correct parts.
Key Responsibilities
Sell automotive spare parts and accessories to customers.
Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable parts.
Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales orders.
Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
Follow up on sales inquiries and customer orders.
Coordinate with the warehouse and purchasing teams to ensure parts availability.
Achieve assigned sales targets.
Maintain accurate product and customer information.
Requirements
Previous experience in automotive spare parts sales.
Good knowledge of vehicle parts and applications.
Strong communication and customer-service skills.
Ability to identify parts using part numbers, catalogs, or vehicle information.
Good negotiation and sales skills.
English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
Valid driving license is an advantage, if required for the position.
