Description
Location: Dammam - Saudi Arabia
Industry: Industrial Construction
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate architectural, structural, and construction shop drawings using AutoCAD.
- Prepare plans, elevations, sections, and detailed construction drawings.
- Review engineering drawings, specifications, and site requirements.
- Update drawings according to site conditions, consultant comments, and design changes.
- Prepare and maintain as-built drawings and drawing revisions.
- Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and site teams.
- Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and approved standards.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Drafting, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–10 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD 2D - 3D drafting.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Knowledge of shop drawings, construction details, and as-built drawings.
- Experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC projects is preferred.
- Good communication, accuracy, and time-management skills.
- Candidates currently residing in KSA with a valid, transferable Iqama are preferred.
